The Savasana is always really well thought out and for someone like me who struggles to stop my mind thinking Jen and her yoga practice has really helped me keep a positive mental wellbeing over lock down.
Jen’s classes are inspirational. I only really discovered yoga through lockdown but l now know that it’s something I’ll always do, so it’s been a life change for me. Jen’s classes are accessible to all.. l never feel like an oldie when participating! She explains everything so well and encourages participants to work to their strengths. She is always available for one to one follow up if needed and goes the extra mile to maximise the benefits of her classes for all. A gifted teacher!
Before starting to practise yoga with Jen, I had practised yoga before with other teachers but I had never really progressed past beginner level.In Jen's classes she takes time to give everyone feedback, to offer helpful suggestions and to correct your poses. As a result, my practice has really improved and I am enjoying yoga so much more. Jen has been incredibly helpful and supportive when I was unable to practice due to a (non yoga related) injury and she makes every class different, fun and interesting. I credit a big part of the positivity I have found during lockdown to Jen
Jen is an incredible teacher! I love coming to her classes for the variety (she switches it up regularly to keep it interesting), challenge (with my previous studio I never felt like I made much progress- Jen always pushes everyone in her class, adding on extra challenges so you know how to take your practice to the next level), clear instruction and careful adjustments- and also her brilliant playlists! Thanks Jen for the super motivating classes!
Jen is brilliant! Until March this year I’d only dabbled with yoga. But then I booked a private lesson with Jen and I haven’t looked back! I love her lessons, Jen is patient and calm especially with me a complete novice. I really look forward to her lessons, which I’ve joined via zoom, which Jen is an expert in. I have had a lesson every week with Jen and I’ve never felt better - more supple, energised and motivated.
Love Jen's teaching style. Her classes are always varied often stretching much needed muscles in ways other classes miss. She's relaxed, friendly and approachable. She's also great at providing alternatives for those less flexible to help push you to the next stage of the pose safely. Her classes have a great balance of helping you get a sweat on in the beginning and a nice wind down to leave you peaceful by the end.
Jen is a super Yoga teacher. I was impressed with Jen's style of teaching when she covered for our usual teacher at a regular class. I kept in touch and since then have been privileged enough to have Jen teach me, my family, friends and co-workers. All of us have different abilities and areas to focus on and Jen has the ability to teach a group of people and make each person get the most from the practice. She uses clear and easy to follow instruction and cues and makes everyone feel comfortable and confident in what they are doing whilst also progressing and moving you on and continuing to develop your practice and build strength and flexibility.
I love dynamic yoga flow with Jen. It’s something I look forward to every week. She’s amazing at explaining the poses, offering different levels in each pose and how to improve, deepen stretches, and takes the time to encourage and feedback on poses and correct you if something isn’t quite right. I always leave the class feeling amazing and it’s honestly the first time I’ve actually enjoyed and understood clearly what I should be doing. Jen’s the best yoga teacher I’ve had.
Jen is not only a lovely person but a fabulous teacher. I have been practicing yoga for many years but have achieved more in Jen’s classes than ever before. She explains things so clearly, has an abundance of patience and always plays fantastic music. I always look forward to a class with Jen and could not recommend her more highly and those I have recommended her to have also become fans.
