Jen is a 200hr RYT, having completed training with The Power Yoga Company in 2019. Expect a strong, dynamic flow designed to build strength and deepen your practice, focusing on breath and alignment.
Jen loves guiding students through their practice, seeing them grow and supporting them on their yoga journey, offering a safe environment to play and explore.

Private classes offer an opportunity to dive deeper into your practice, providing a safe space to ask questions, learn modifications and adjustments that respect your body whilst progressing quicker in your practice and allowing us to focus on the areas you want to improve/strengthen.
They are a great way to build your confidence and gain a more profound understanding of postures, movement, techniques and breath work. Whether you are new to yoga and looking to understand the basics, or a little more seasoned wanting to explore things in more depth, each session will be tailored to you personally.
